PRE-MEET SCHEDULE
Athlete Pre-Meet will be from 9:30am-12:00pm on Friday, July 10th. This is the ONLY time we have access the the facility prior to race day so please plan accordingly. The track will be closed at 12:00pm and not open again until 4:00pm July 11th.

TRACK ACCESS
Coaches and agents only will be given access to the athlete staging area on the outside of the track. You can apply for a CREDENTIAL but please note that we will not grant requests for family, friends, and non-team personnel. Please also note that the in-field will NOT be open for anyone other than media and staff.

PRIZE MONEY
Sunset Tour Prize money will be paid out immediately following the event so please send your invoices and W9 forms to jesse@soundrunning.run following the event. The World Athletics Silver Label Prize Structure will be as follows for each event -
1st - $1600, 2nd - $1200, 3rd - $900, 4th - $500
POST RACE POOL ACCESS
With it being summer, we will be having a post race pool party (9pm-11pm) at the pool connected to the track for all athletes to attend. This will be a great way to catch up with everyone after some incredible races on the track.
