Holmdel Park - Holmdel, NJ - 5K COURSE MAP-3K COURSE MAP

Located in Holmdel, New Jersey, Holmdel Park is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious and challenging 5K cross country courses in the U.S. It features a mix of flat grassy fields, rolling hills, wooded dirt trails, and the infamous "Bowl" climb.

You can register HERE. Please note that Championship races are restricted to grades 9-12. Registration will close for all races on November 21st at 11:59pm.
